Welcome to Spin Menus. By using our service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

By registering an account or using the Spin Menus service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users: cafe owners, customers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Spin Menus provides a web‑based platform for cafes to create interactive QR menus with a spin‑to‑choose feature, and collect customer feedback. We do not process payments or facilitate online ordering; customers order directly with the cafe.

3. User Accounts

• Cafe owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

• Cafe owners retain all rights to their menu content (images, descriptions, prices).
• By uploading content, you grant Spin Menus a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• Customer feedback is owned by the cafe but may be used anonymously for service improvement.

5. Prohibited Use

• You may not use Spin Menus for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse‑engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
• You may not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

6. Payment and Fees

The current pricing is listed on our website. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice. All payments are non‑refundable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spin Menus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
